Why am I seeing a black screen after I start my session?

You may see a black screen if you have accidentally minimized or closed the application within your browser tab/window.

  • Look for your minimized session in the bottom left of your browser tab. Maximize it to view the application again.

  • Open the floating cloud menu on the top right side of your session screen and click the Stop button. Return to your Dashboard and start your session again.
