How do I update my billing/payment information?

After signing in to your account:

• In your Dashboard, find the Billing Status section on the right and click the Edit (pencil) icon.

• Click your name (or Hive3D logo) in the top right of your screen and select User Settings from the drop down menu. In the following window, click the blue “Change billing data” button to enter new credit card information.

Hive3D does not store any credit card information on site. All confidential and sensitive payment information is encrypted and saved on Stripe- our payment processing partner.
